Inspiration & knowledge Exchange

CouraVeg is a non-profit annual congress were we aim to create a forum to discuss the benefits of sustainable living, focused on the pillars of vegetarianism: environmental and animal protection, health and economy.

During the event, a multidisciplinary panel of speakers, scientists, activists, politicians and other specialists from all over the world discusses the impact of human behaviour on different areas: climate change, natural resource depletion, biodiversity loss, public health, animal welfare and other ethical issues.

This year, CouraVeg will profit from an exterior and versatile zone, with a lounge, a dining area with food stands, and a fair for business ventures, eco-friendly products, merchandising, books, and food products. In the dining area, there will be food trucks, all deliciously vegetarian, with a diversity of prices and options for everyone’s taste. The main theme will be ‘Zero Waste’.

We hope to see you in Paredes de Coura during these three very rewarding days!
